STEPHAN VELDOBREV / The Usual Suspects

Some concerts are simply part of the program. Others happen in exactly the right place at exactly the right time. On July 18, as part of the Sozopol Days, Stephan Veldobrev and The Usual Suspects will take the stage at the Apolonia Summer Theatre with the concert "In Sozopol with Love."

This is no chance encounter. Over the years, Sozopol has often appeared in the experiences, memories, and musical journeys of Stephan Veldobrev and his “usual suspects.” The town, the sea, the summer evenings, and that inimitable sense of freedom that Sozopol carries have long been part of their world.

Now, at the invitation of the Chitalishte “Otets Paisiy – 1896,” they are returning here — among friends, familiar places, and an audience that knows their songs by heart. We are in for an evening full of music, atmosphere, stories, and a reunion with songs that over the years have become the soundtrack of summer and the sea.

Because some concerts simply happen. And some concerts come home.
