Ikigai: First Steps
Ikigai: First Steps - group format
A gentle, shared first encounter with Ikigai — so you can feel the direction before you go deeper.
DESCRIPTION: Ikigai: First Steps is a soft, honest beginning on the Ikigai path — in a small group of like-minded people, personally guided by Violeta Kyoseva (certified Ikigai Life Coach & Harvard Mindset Coach).
For people who feel that life is whispering about change — quiet, but real — and want to begin without skipping steps.
This is for you if:
- You’ve achieved a lot, but still feel a quiet dissatisfaction — “why is it not enough?”
- You’re burning out and want to stop living on autopilot before it’s too late
- You’re looking for direction, but you’re not yet ready for a long program or a retreat
What’s included:
- 2 modules × 90 minutes of focused work on your direction
- Practical exercises and reflection — first real insights, not theory
- The book “Ikigai: Meaning as the Way Forward” — included in the ticket
- Small group, up to 12 people — for true closeness and sharing
This is not an online course you watch passively. This is your first live step together with people who share the same inner mindset.
