🎻 GYPSY MELODIES AND OTHER PASSIONS WITH ZORNITSA ILARIONOVA

The Shumen Symphony Orchestra invites its audience to a concert featuring one of Bulgaria’s most brilliant violinists — Zornitsa Ilarionova.

On 13 July at 7:30 PM, the stage at the Old Town will come alive with works that reveal the richness of the violin repertoire — from the delicate lyricism of Schumann and Brahms to the captivating rhythms of tango, csárdás, and the Gypsy musical tradition.

The program includes the iconic Gypsy Airs by Pablo de Sarasate, Hungarian Dances by Johannes Brahms, Jealousy by Jacob Gade, the virtuosic Csárdás by Vittorio Monti, and other works that turn the violin into a true storyteller of emotions and passions.

Under the baton of Slavil Dimitrov, the orchestra of the Shumen Symphony and Zornitsa Ilarionova will lead the audience through a musical evening filled with temperament, romance, and vivid musical emotions.
