Decode Events makes a debut in Club PAVE, Sofia. First time in Bulgaria, we invite _asstnt for his unique approach to producing music and recognizable mixing. We can only call this Spanish maestro a true musician for he is to present his own label Opera2000 as well. Local support shoes will be filled by no other than the princess of raw techno - Viktorija, the new star from Metropolis Academy - Hikov, uprising DJ - Savel and best for last, the underground knight of Varna - D-KLINED.

Who is _asstnt?

Madrid-based producer _asstnt does not operate within the

ephemeral constraints of subgenres; his sound is conceived

as the definitive architecture of techno itself. Driven by the

romantic melancholy of a nostalgic for an era he never

lived, his work with Opera 2000 serves as a rigorous,

unyielding act of cultural preservation

A dedicated vinyl selector since the age of 13, _asstnt’s

artistic ethos was forged away from digital trend-chasing

and algorithmic commodification. At a time when the

contemporary electronic landscape has increasingly

surrendered to pop sensibilities, superficial metrics, and

hyper-consumerism, Opera 2000 stands as an

uncompromising bastion of underground resistance.

His sound is built upon structural integrity and sonic

economy: stripped of unnecessary ornamentation, every

element functions with purposeful intent. It is techno in its

purest, most visceral state, fast, raw, hypnotic, and deeply

physical. The sonic identity fuses modular textures,

industrial resonance, and militant polyrhythms into a

cohesive narrative where tension, space, and tone dictate

the dance floor.
