As the presidential elections draw near, a party lagging in the polls decides to be represented by a fool (the party first secretary's driver), so that the ensuing collapse will fall on his shoulders. At the same time, it supports an independent candidate, whom it can join in the event of victory. Election manipulation is not lacking either, along with collusion with the main opposing party and a frantic struggle over who will remain at the table of Power, and in what capacity. But the fool turns out to be unpredictable... and so do the voters' attitudes...
