Taraleshta LIVE

Taraleshta is a Bulgarian Afro-Balkan blues collective founded in 2019 by artist and songwriter Mitko Taralezhkov. 🎶 With the depth of blues, the pulse of reggae, the groove of Afrobeat, and distinctive Balkan rhythms, the band creates a vibrant and recognizable sound that brings tradition together with a modern feel. Their concerts are explosive and full of life—brass and accordion lines intertwine with a rich percussive texture, poetic lyrics are delivered directly and honestly, and the audience sings along from the very first verse through the final chorus. With three studio albums (2019–2022), appearances at leading Bulgarian festivals, a shared stage with S.A.R.S. at the New Year’s concert in Plovdiv in 2025, and an invitation to open Manu Chao’s concert in Sofia in 2025, Taraleshta has established itself as one of the strongest and most original live projects on the Bulgarian music scene.
