The International Competition “The Voice of Kamen” brings the audience in Ruse one of Giacomo Puccini’s most powerful operas — Tosca. On the stage of the Profit-yielding Building, the story of Floria Tosca and Mario Cavaradossi comes to life: a love doomed in a world of jealousy, power, and violence, told through music in which tenderness and drama reach their extremes.

In the role of Mario Cavaradossi, the audience in Ruse will have the opportunity to see the world-renowned tenor José Cura — an artist with an impressive international career and a presence on the most prestigious opera stages in the world.
