Everything in this story takes place in a meadow — among the grasses, flowers, and leaves... The characters are tiny little insects: Anty, Ladybird, Zizi the baby bee, Drone, and Butterfly with his "super-cool" wings...

All of them want to go on adventures, to be traveler-explorers, and to reach the Great Sea, which lies beyond many, many meadows... Well, not quite all of them. Some, like Drone, have more modest wishes — to eat honey for free!

And so, one morning, despite the grown-ups' prohibitions, our little bugs set off...

What happens to them along the way and whether they will reach the Great Sea, you will find out for yourselves! Perhaps you will even recognize yourselves in some of our naively funny characters? You will certainly recognize... If not yourself, then at least someone you know...

This is a story about children growing up, about childhood curiosity, about getting to know and discovering the world, about friendship...

It is the journey that every child and each one of us has been on since birth, and this journey continues every day, all the way to the end of life!
