Five girls, five remarkable women, five dignified ladies!

Their friendship begins on their school swim team. Every year, in August, they spend a few days together on the ocean shore in a villa they rent, cheekily named “The Sweet Delilah,” to recharge their bond with laughter and lively conversation. The rules are strict: “… no men, no children, no work—just us girls!”.

We look in on them four times, at different points in time, during these get-togethers filled with shared experiences. We witness them synchronously swimming through the emotional whirlpool of each woman’s life. When, toward the end of the play, fate throws an unexpected challenge their way, this sparkling comedy takes an unexpected, poignant turn.

Cleansing laughter and luminous tears accompany this friendship forever.
