Airport
An airport is a place where no one pays attention to the people around them. Everyone is headed toward a different destination, carrying their own story, their own pain, hope, or dream, and no one has time to look up. Suitcases pass one another, flights are delayed, and anonymity feels convenient—almost like a refuge.
But what would happen if, for a moment, time were to stop? If the noise faded and people realized they were not alone? If, for a brief instant, they were able to see the light others carry within them, even strangers?
“Airport” is the place where that happens. A place of encounters and farewells, missed chances and second opportunities. The performance intertwines the destinies of several seemingly random passengers whose lives brush against each other in a timeless space between “before” and “after.” In this suspended moment, they find the courage to say what has gone unsaid, to forgive, to say goodbye, or, even briefly, to choose a new direction.
“Airport” is a story about human closeness—the kind that emerges unexpectedly, burns brightly and quickly, and changes everything. Because sometimes all it takes is a single glance, a single word, or a single meeting to discover that you are not always traveling alone.
