Fee schedule
Effective 2026-10-13
This Schedule sets out Entase's fees. It forms part of your Organizer Agreement, and terms defined there have the same meaning here. Where you have accepted a Pricing Agreement, its rates apply instead of the rates below that it covers; everything it does not cover is charged as set out here.
1. Online ticket sales
| Charge | Amount |
|---|---|
| Commission | 6% of each payment |
| Fixed charge | Per payment, in the currency of the payment — see the table below |
1.1 Both are charged on each payment a Buyer makes for your Tickets, however many Tickets the payment covers. Together they are our fee for selling your Tickets as your agent. Nothing else is charged on a payment; payouts are priced in section 3.
1.2 Your total Fees are shown in your Protocol and invoiced under clause 7 of the Organizer Agreement.
1.3 No payment, no fee. Where a Buyer pays nothing, we charge nothing — whether the Event is free throughout, the Ticket is a free category within a paid Event, or a discount code you created reduces the payment to nil. A payment that is later refunded was still a payment, and section 4 applies to it.

2. Box office sales
Using the Platform for in-person sales at your own box office is free, under the Box Office Terms. You collect the money into your own accounts and we never touch it.
3. Payouts
3.1 We charge a fixed amount for each payout, in the currency of the payout, set out in the table below. The charge is the same whatever the amount and however many payments the payout covers, so fewer, larger payouts cost you less in total than many small ones.
3.2 Any charges your bank or an intermediary bank takes for the transfer are yours. Our payout charge does not cover them.
3.3 Where your bank account cannot receive the currency in which payments were collected, we convert the balance into your account's currency through our payment or banking provider before paying it out. Your Settlement Wallet shows the amount converted and the amount received, and the provider's conversion cost is included in the difference. We add no margin of our own and do not quote exchange rates as principal.

4. Chargebacks and refunds
4.1 Refunds. Where a payment is refunded — for any reason, by you or by us on your behalf — the Buyer gets back the full amount paid, and our fee for that payment remains due under clause 7.4 of the Organizer Agreement. It appears as a negative balance under clause 7.5 and clears against your next settlement. The only exception is a refund needed because of our error, such as a duplicate charge.
4.2 Chargebacks. Where a chargeback results from something you did or failed to do, you owe us its amount and the payment provider's fee for it. In any other case we bear both. Clause 8 of the Organizer Agreement sets out which case applies.
5. Currencies
5.1 Each charge is made in the currency it relates to: the commission and fixed charge in the currency of the payment, the payout charge in the currency of the payout. No conversion is applied to a fee.
5.2 The tables in sections 1 and 3 list every currency in which Entase collects and pays out. Where we add a currency, its charges are added to this Fee Schedule under section 7 before any payment is made in it.
6. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of value added tax, sales tax and equivalent charges. How tax applies to our supply to you is set out in your Home Annex.
7. Changing this fee schedule
We may change this Fee Schedule under clause 16 of the Organizer Agreement: notice on a durable medium, at least 30 days before it takes effect, and your right to terminate before then. Changes are never applied retroactively to payments already made.
