1. What the terms of sale cover
The Terms of Sale are what you accept when you buy a ticket on Entase. They cover:
- who you are buying from;
- the price and how you pay;
- receiving your ticket and getting in;
- refunds and cancellations, including when an event is cancelled, moved or rescheduled;
- what to do if something goes wrong;
- your personal data.
The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you bought, and your order confirmation links to it.
2. Which terms apply to you
What decides which terms apply is where the event takes place.

You are buying from the event organizer, not from Entase. Who sells a ticket, and on what basis, is set out in the Terms of Sale and in the Organizer Agreement. Nothing on this page changes that.
