1. What a home annex covers

If you sell tickets through Entase, your Home Annex is the part of your agreement with Entase that depends on where your organization is established. It covers:

  • the Entase entity you contract with;
  • governing law and how disputes are resolved;
  • the regulatory basis of our arrangement with you;
  • tax;
  • data protection;
  • rules specific to your region, such as consumer law, ticketing rules or terms for public entities.

The rest of your agreement — the Organizer Agreement and the documents it lists — is the same wherever you are established.

2. Which home annex applies to you

What decides which annex applies is where your organization is established.
