1. Sub-processors
1.1 These companies process personal data on Entase's instructions, under Article 28 terms and with a Chapter V transfer mechanism.

1.2 AI providers. Entase's support system routes requests between these providers for availability, so any of them may receive a given conversation. All are bound by data processing terms with Entase, and none is permitted to use the data to train its models.
2. Payment providers
2.1 These companies determine their own purposes and means and have their own regulatory obligations. They are not Entase's sub-processors, and their own privacy notices govern.
